PAST ACHIEVEMENTS

In the past years, our live projects have involved a whole range of briefs and organisations, including the building of play equipment for the University of Cambridge primary school; producing a series of small temporary study spaces at Queens’ college, installing an interactive percussion wall at the Cambridge Junction arts venue, and realising several permanent structures at a local allotment, in conjunction with the charity Cambridge Cyrenians.

Beyond the opportunity to contribute to a social cause and to create connections with local organisations we hope that working on live projects installs a natural desire in our students to test and to try things out in the real world, to get their hands dirty and to learn from their mistakes and successes. In short to learn architecture by doing it.
